01Accepting the terms

By using CHK you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

02The service

CHK is an operational task, inspection and compliance platform: an app for phones and tablets, plus a web dashboard. We keep improving it, and may change how features look without reducing what you subscribe to.

03Accounts and access

• You log in with your mobile number and a code sent by SMS. Keep your phone safe and never share the code.
• The business administrator adds users and sets their roles and branches, and is responsible for whom they give access.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect access you didn’t authorize.

04Subscription and pricing

• The price is per active branch, monthly or yearly; every branch added costs less than the one before, up to the thirtieth, with unlimited users on every plan.
• The branch price for each branch count is published on the Pricing page.
• The setup fee published on the Pricing page is paid once, with your first paid subscription.
• Prices exclude VAT, which is added to the invoice.
• The free trial lasts 14 days with no credit card, and never turns into a paid subscription unless you choose a plan.
• Your subscription renews at the end of each period unless you cancel, and any change in branch count is reflected on the next invoice.

05Your data

Your business’s data belongs to it. You grant us the right to process it only as needed to provide the service, in line with the Privacy Policy.

Export your data any time. When a subscription ends, we give you time to export it before it’s deleted — nothing is deleted silently.

06Acceptable use

So the log stays evidence people can rely on, you agree not to:

• Use CHK for any unlawful purpose.
• Tamper with proof — for example, submitting a photo, reading or signature that doesn’t reflect what happened.
• Try to reach another business’s data, or bypass permissions and protections.
• Reverse-engineer or copy the app, or load the service in a way that disrupts it for others.
• Collect your employees’ or customers’ data without a lawful basis or required consent.

07Availability and support

We work to keep the service available at all times and announce scheduled maintenance in advance. Support levels depend on your plan, and a contractual service level is available on Advanced under a written agreement.

08Intellectual property

CHK — its name, logo, app and design — belongs to us. Using it transfers none of these rights to you. Suggestions you send us may be used to improve the service.

09Confidentiality

We treat your business’s data and anything we learn about its operations as confidential, disclosing it only to those who need it to provide the service, or when the law requires.

10Termination

You can cancel any time, effective at the end of your current period. We may suspend or end the service for breach of these terms or non-payment, after notifying you and giving reasonable time to fix it where possible.

11Limitation of liability

We provide the service with the utmost care, but cannot guarantee it will be entirely free of interruption or error. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability does not exceed what your business paid in the twelve months before the claim — except where the law does not allow such a limit.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13Changes to the terms

We’ll tell you about any material change well before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
